Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative Interior Designer specialized in event design to lead the

conceptualization and execution of stages, exhibition stands, and event environments from concept

to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design stages, exhibition stands, and event spaces

 Prepare mood boards and concept presentations

 Produce 3D renderings and visualizations

 Create technical and production drawings

 Coordinate with production and fabrication teams

 Select materials, finishes, and lighting elements

 Conduct site visits and supervise installations

 Ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets

 Integrate AV, branding, and lighting into designs

Additional Responsibilities:

 Prepare BOQs and cost estimates

 Develop modular and reusable stand concepts

 Ensure compliance with safety and venue regulations

 Support client presentations and pitches

 Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

 Apply sustainable design practices where possible

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field

 Proven experience in event or exhibition design

 Strong portfolio of 3D and executed projects

 Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max/SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Adobe Suite

 Strong knowledge of materials and fabrication

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

 Experience in event production companies

 Knowledge of AV and lighting integration

 Understanding of temporary structures

 Experience in large-scale events and exhibitions
