Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outlet/Floor Manager to join our team. As the Outlet/Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail outlet or floor space. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall operations of the retail outlet or floor space, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.

- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure that the outlet or floor space is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and sales campaigns.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.

- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.

- Monitor and maintain the budget for the outlet or floor space.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.

- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale software.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
