Garage Supervisor

Supervises all work and personnel in the garage and related facilities; assigns work and issues instructions to shop personnel; checks completed work for compliance with instructions. Repairs or instructs/assists in the repair and maintenance of all automotive and specialty equipment used in the division.

Education and/or work Experience Requirement:

Garage managers and proprietors plan, organise, direct and co-ordinate the day-to-day running of garages and specialist vehicle maintenance and repair establishments.

Automotive Supervisor Duties

Performs supervisory responsibilities by overseeing skilled mechanics and workers maintaining automobile and truck vehicles. Supervises independently and in harmony with the automotive shop foreman and communicates with the superiors and subordinates.
