About the job Pharmacist
To provide safe, accurate, and high‑quality dispensing of medications and cosmetic pharmaceutical products, while supporting aesthetic treatment plans, guiding patients on skincare and cosmetic therapeutics, and contributing to the clinics retail sales performance through expert product knowledge and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities:
Clinical & Pharmacy Duties:
- Dispense medications, cosmeceuticals, and dermatology‑related prescriptions safely and accurately.
- Review prescriptions for potential interactions, contraindications, and skincare‑specific therapy concerns.
- Maintain and update comprehensive patient medication and skincare profiles.
- Provide patient counseling on medications, skincare routines, post‑treatment care, and product usage.
- Support dermatologists and aesthetic physicians by recommending therapeutic alternatives aligned with treatment protocols.
- Ensure proper storage, expiry monitoring, and inventory management of medications, injectables, dermal fillers, and retail skincare lines.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations.
Cosmetic & Aesthetic Expertise:
- Recommend appropriate skincare products, cosmeceuticals, and dermatology-grade regimens based on patient skin types and treatment goals.
- Educate patients on pre‑ and post‑procedure care related to cosmetic treatments.
- Stay updated on cosmetic product trends and regulatory updates relevant to the clinic.
Sales & Customer Experience:
- - Promote skincare products, aesthetic treatment packages, and retail lines using strong sales skills.
- - Meet or exceed monthly product sales targets set by the clinic.
- - Create a welcoming and engaging customer experience that encourages loyalty.
- - Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to boost patient confidence.
- - Support product promotions and marketing campaigns.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- Bachelors degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm) or PharmD.
- Valid NHRA pharmacy license.
- Experience in dermatology, cosmetic pharmacy, or aesthetic clinic preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dermatology medications and skincare ingredients.
- Proven sales skills in skincare or beauty-related produc
