Position Summary:

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting sales operations by facilitating communication between Customers, Sales Team, and Internal Departments. The role ensures timely order processing, accurate documentation, and effective customer service, ultimately helping the sales team achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as a first point of contact for customer inquiries, escalate issues, and provide timely updates to the Reporting Manager

· Provide product information, Sale the product as setup rate

· Coordinate and manage sales documentation (Sales Invoice/Delivery Note/Receipt Vouchers) and order processing

· Prepare daily Sales Report, (Cash/Credit Card/Benefit Pay)

· Maintain customer databases

· Maintain Inventory and product availability information (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)

· Prepare the Order List before reaching the minimum label of stock

· Respond to customer inquiries and provide follow-up support

· Liaise between Logistics, Operation and Finance Teams

· Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns

Requirements:

  • Preferably experience in sales coordination, sales support, or customer service
  • Good written and verbal communication (Arabic & English)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and sales reporting tools
  • Problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork
