Key Responsibilities

Governance and Monitoring of teams activities: Maintain oversight of the Treasury teams activity calendar, ensuring timely execution of key deliverables. Track governance-related tasks, including policy reviews, audit responses, and control checks. Support the Head of Corporate Finance and the Head of Treasury in preparing governance packs, meeting agendas, and follow-ups. Ensure documentation and approvals are in place for all treasury activities.

Support Trades execution: Support the execution of FX deals, deposit rollovers and hedging transactions to mitigate currency and interest rate risks. Ensure timely rollover or redemption of maturing instruments at Corporate or Trust level. Monitor market movements and ensure timely execution of trades within approved limits. Maintain relationships with trading counterparties and ensure best execution practices.

Counterparty Enquiries: Handle enquiries from financial counterparties and help facilitate onboarding processes when required. In collaboration with other Treasury

colleagues, ensure accurate and timely responses to requests related to onboarding, documentation, and transaction execution. Maintain a database of counterparty contacts, agreements, and service metrics.

Coordinate Team Schedules and Stakeholder Communications: Manage the diaries and schedules of team members to optimize time management and team coordination. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of communications with counterparties and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective information flow across all interactions.

Areas of Knowledge, Qualification and Experience

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Banking operations.

Experience in coordinating schedules and managing stakeholder communications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Team player with an innovative and collaborative mindset.
