Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for projects.

Tendering & Contracts: Manage tender processes, evaluate bids, and assist in contract negotiations.

Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures, track variations, and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Valuations & Payments: Prepare interim valuations, progress payments, and final accounts for contractors and subcontractors.

Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing materials and services, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with specifications.

Reporting: Provide regular cost reports and forecasts to management and stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to align financial planning with project objectives.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and numerical skills for accurate cost management.

Proficiency in construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT, or equivalent).

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Competence in AutoCAD software and MS Excel.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
