Job Description

Position: Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for the safety & security of the entire facility against a variety of natural and man-made threats such as fire, theft, bomb threat, terrorism, mishandling of facility, etc. Also, ensure that all facility safety-related matters are tackled on a preventive basis and deliver extraordinary feeling that emphasizes the safe environment in the facility that the tenant, owner, or guest can experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise security guards and oversee daily security operations

Conduct and monitor regular foot and mobile patrols of residential areas

Ensure all patrols are carried out according to assigned schedules and routes

Identify potential security risks during patrols and prepare risk assessment reports

Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches

Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems

Maintain accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and security records using computer systems

Coordinate with management and local authorities when necessary

Requirements:

Minimum educational requirement: Diploma

Proven experience in residential security supervision and patrolling

Valid driving license

Computer literate with the ability to prepare reports and maintain records

Strong reading and writing skills

Knowledge and experience in risk assessment and report writing

Good leadership, communication, and observation skills

Ability to work night shift and weekends.
