We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations and basic financial activities. The candidate will assist in routine bookkeeping, data entry, documentation, and general office coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage daily office tasks, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
Receive and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and handle basic inquiries.
Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and support internal communications.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Accounting Support
Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.
Assist in preparing monthly expense reports, bank reconciliations, and payment vouchers.
Support the Finance team with accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist in updating accounting systems.
Help in organizing documents required for audits and compliance check
