Position: Admin Officer
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Officer to join our school team. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage school records, including student and staff information
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with budget management and financial transactions
- Communicate with parents, students, and staff regarding administrative matters
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Other administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
