The Role: B2B Sales Executive

Were looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. Youll drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and represent with professionalism and creativity across Bahrain and the GCC.
A Day in the Life
Client Meetings: Present services and solutions to prospective clients with confidence and clarity.
Travel: Represent the company within Bahrain and across the GCC to drive growth.
Revenue Growth: Close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Follow-Ups: Manage ongoing client communications to nurture leads and
strengthen engagement.
Relationship Building: Develop long-term, trust-based relationships that turn
clients into partners.
Proposal Management: Deliver tailored client proposals and pitches based on
pricing structures and content plans.
Pipeline Tracking: Prepare and submit weekly reports covering meetings, calls,
proposals, and client statuses.
CRM Management: Keep all records of meetings, proposals, and outcomes
accurate and up to date.
.. Collaboration: Work with the operations team to ensure smooth project
execution and an excellent client experience.
Representation: Act as the face of at client events, activations, and
campaigns.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
(preferred).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, ideally
within the media, marketing, or creative industries.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of hitting sales targets.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships with a client-first
approach.
Understanding of pricing strategies, proposal development, and content/media
solutions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); familiarity with reporting and pipeline management.
Professional, accountable, and results-driven with a collaborative mindset.
Willingness and ability to travel across Bahrain and the GCC for client meetings and events.
