Key Responsibilities

Governance and Monitoring of teams activities: Assist the team in onboarding and other administrative activities, ensuring alignment with internal governance frameworks. Support the documentation and review of treasury procedures, controls, and risk assessments. Maintain and update governance documentation, including activity matrices and workflows.

Reporting & Analytics Centralization: Lead the centralization of treasury reporting activities, consolidating data sources into unified dashboards. Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide insights into liquidity, funding, FX exposures, and other key metrics. solutions to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. Partner with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and seamless integration across platforms.

Support trades execution: Support the execution of FX deals, deposit rollovers and hedging transactions to mitigate currency and interest rate risks. Ensure timely rollover or redemption of maturing instruments at Corporate or Trust level. Monitor market movements and ensure timely execution of trades within approved limits. Maintain relationships with trading counterparties and ensure best execution practices.

Areas of Knowledge, Qualification and Experience

Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or related financial analysis roles.

Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) are a plus

Strong understanding of financial instruments, market risk, and interest rate risk. Hands-on experience with FX transactions, liquidity management, and hedging strategies.

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to consolidate data from multiple sources and produce accurate, insightful reports.

Experience in automating reporting processes and leveraging AI tools for analytics

Familiarity with governance frameworks and compliance processes.
