Sr. Business Development: 5-7 Years Experience
We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive with 57 years of experience in digital media or advertising sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving advertising revenue, managing key client relationships, and
leading high-value commercial opportunities that align with LocalBHs growing influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy focused on digital and social media advertising
- Identify, pitch, and close new business deals with brands across key industries (hospitality, automotive, real estate, F&B, retail, etc.)
- Cultivate long-term partnerships and upsell existing clients through creative campaign ideas
- Work closely with internal content and marketing teams to shape deliverables that meet client objectives
- Own the sales process end-to-end from prospecting and pitching to closing and post-campaign follow-ups
- Lead RFP/proposal development for major campaigns and brand collaborations
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement to inform sales strategy
- Represent LocalBH at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance sales culture
- 57 years of experience in business development, media sales, or advertising (preferably in digital or social media)
- Strong existing network in Bahrain and/or GCC markets is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, influencer content, and performance metrics
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools, proposal writing, and reporting
- Must have a valid Bahraini driving license and access to a personal vehicle
