About the job Product Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

o Conduct market research to identify trends and user needs in the performance management technology sector.

o Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities based on stakeholder feedback.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing, to create and launch new products.

o Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback closely to iterate and enhance product features.

o Prepare detailed product specifications and user stories for Agile development processes.

o Act as a product evangelist, engaging early adopters and promoting product offerings to a wider audience.

o Ensure timely delivery of product releases by setting clear goals and timelines.

o Maintain communication with educational institutions and other end-users to understand their challenges and requirements.

o Manage product budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.

Technical Skills:

o Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

o Proficiency in using product management tools (such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello).

o Experience with data analysis tools to drive decision-making (such as Google Analytics or other KPI tracking systems).

o Ability to conduct A/B testing and iterate product features based on empirical data.

o Familiarity with performance management technology tools and platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).

o Proven track record in successfully launching and managing technology products.

o Familiarity with coursework and curriculum design in education is a plus.
