Position: HVAC Technician for Real Estate Company

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our properties. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install new HVAC systems in our properties, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards

- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure their optimal functioning

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions

- Keep accurate records of all work performed and ensure timely completion of tasks

- Communicate with property managers and tenants to schedule appointments and address any concerns

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in a real estate setting

- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and their components

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
