About the job Document controller
Key Responsibilities:
· Establish, maintain, and manage document control systems for projects and company records.
· Receive, register, distribute, and archive incoming and outgoing documents.
· Ensure proper version control and document numbering as per company procedures.
· Maintain both electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
· Monitor document status and follow up on pending approvals and submissions.
· Ensure all documents comply with company standards, quality requirements, and ISO procedures (if applicable).
· Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and clients regarding documentation.
· Prepare document control logs, transmittals, and reports.
· Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
· Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements
· Minimum 2–5 years experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Experience with document management systems (DMS) is an advantage.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
