Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff including scheduling, training, and performance feedback
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ensure proper storage conditions and FIFO rotation for raw materials and finished goods
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, suppliers, and production planning
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (internships count)
• Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse management systems
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving procedures and documentation
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
