AI Engineer

Role Summary

The AI Engineer / AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions across client engagements and internal initiatives. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional passionate about artificial intelligence, eager to work on real-world use cases, and motivated to continuously learn and innovate in a consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and machine learning models for business and consulting use cases
• Build and optimize solutions involving deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI models
• Leverage cloud-based AI services and platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) to develop scalable and production-ready solutions
• Collaborate with data engineers, consultants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
• Support data preparation, model training, evaluation, and performance optimization
• Contribute to proof-of-concepts (PoCs), prototypes, and innovation initiatives
• Document solution designs, models, and technical processes clearly and effectively
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI technologies, tools, and methodologies, and proactively propose improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience

• Fresh Graduate to 2 years of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or software development
• Academic projects, internships, or hands-on labs involving AI/ML are highly valued

Skills & Requirements

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS, including their AI and machine learning services
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including:
• Deep learning
• Natural language processing (NLP)
• Generative models
• Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in AI development (e.g., Python)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams
