About the job HR Administrator

Qualification:

  • Minimum bachelors degree in HR or any related Admin majors.
  • Fresh graduate with no experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Approve and manage contract manpower data and attendance in Oracle.
  • Coordinate with Contract Manpower Agencies the department requests of addition, deletion and replacements.
  • Follow up and Review Contract Manpower invoices with their attendance and forward to Finance Department for Payment.
  • Prepare HR letters and Certificates.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital) in HR systems/databases.
  • Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate communication with candidates.
  • Prepare reports and other documents as required by the Department Manager and Top Management.
  • Arrange department meetings, attend department meetings & record Minutes of Meeting.
  • Maintain proper filing system in order to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist with HR audits and compliance reporting.
  • Assist in arranging Business Trips for all employees as per company policy and procedure.

Requirements, knowledge and skills:

  • Computer Literate specifically Microsoft Office applications.
  • Communication (written & oral) skills
  • Analytical thinking & Human relations skills

Preferred Candidate profile would be

  • Bahraini - Female
  • Ability to work under pressure
