Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming room service calls in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, repeating them back to ensure clarity.
  • Enter orders promptly into the POS system for kitchen and service team action.
  • Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, portion sizes, and recommended pairings.
  • Upsell and promote specials, signature dishes, and beverages.
  • Communicate guest requests clearly to kitchen and service colleagues.
  • Monitor order progress and follow up with service staff to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints or special requests politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain records of orders, guest preferences, and any special billing instructions.
  • Ensure telephone etiquette and service standards are consistently met as per hotel brand standards.
  • Assist in preparing trays, amenities, and other small service requirements during peak times.
  • Work closely with the Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure smooth guest service coordination.

Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage, Call Center, or Customer Service roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are an added benefit).
  • Knowledge of food & beverage menus, service procedures, and basic POS systems.
  • Pleasant telephone manners with clear speech and a welcoming tone.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Professional grooming and adherence to hotel standards.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per hotel operation needs

Salary 350/- for 9 Hrs Shift including Meal Break
