Position: Chef de Partie Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and prepare meals according to the menu and recipes provided. 2. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of food preparation and hygiene. 3. Monitor and maintain stock levels, ordering ingredients and supplies as needed. 4. Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and specials. 6. Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. 7. Assist with inventory and cost control measures to minimize waste and maintain profitability. 8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. 9. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, continuously improving your culinary skills. 10. Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen. 2. Culinary degree or equivalent experience. 3. In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. 4. Strong leadership and communication skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 7. Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for food. 8. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 9. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot environment. 10.
