Supervisor For Coffee Shop

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise daily coffee shop operations and ensure smooth workflow

- Lead, train, and motivate baristas and staff

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally

- Monitor opening and closing procedures

- Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards

- Manage staff schedules and attendance

- Control inventory, stock levels, and supplier orders

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

- Support the manager in achieving sales and performance targets
