Job Title: Sales Executive – E-Commerce Logistics

Job Summary

The Sales Executive – E-Commerce Logistics is responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships within the e-commerce sector. This role focuses on selling domestic and international courier, last-mile delivery, warehousing, and fulfillment solutions to online businesses and marketplace sellers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Identify and develop new e-commerce business opportunities (SMEs, online retailers, marketplace sellers).

Promotions:

Promote company logistics solutions, including last-mile delivery, COD services, fulfillment, warehousing, and cross-border shipping.

Client Engagement:

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Targets:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Coordination:

Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly revenue target achievement.

New account acquisition.

Client retention rate.

Collection performance (if applicable).

Market expansion within assigned territory.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in the logistics, courier, or e-commerce industry.

Strong knowledge of last-mile delivery and e-commerce logistics solutions.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Valid driving license (preferred).

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
