About the job Management Associate- HR

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support all stages of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding

Track and monitor probation completion and company flagship programs (T300, Management Associate)

Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires by providing necessary administrative support and guidance

Provide support in conducting annual and mid-year performance reviews

Assist with Career Development initiatives such as employee action plans and learning & development

Assist in organizing company-wide events, team-building activities, and other special events/projects to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement

Assist in providing operational support to key business units and general administrative support

as per the requirement

Create and update records and databases with the relevant support function data

Submit timely HR reports and prepare presentations/proposals as per the requirement

Ensure compliance with HR policies and SOPs and support in standardization efforts across regions

Act as a backup support for corporate travel arrangements and liaison with clients as per the requirement

Requirements and skills

A bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant experience in HR operations, HR Generalist or relevant roles, preferably within a fast-paced or multicultural environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable working with office or HR management systems (e.g., HRIS, ERP platforms).
