Role Overview We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong UX focus to design end-to-end experiences for Tanami. You will craft seamless journeys across the mobile app and dashboards, develop design systems, and use design to solve complex business and investment challenges. You will be the bridge between finance, technology, and users, ensuring our products are simple, intuitive, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UX strategy across Tanamis products, mapping user journeys for investors from onboarding to portfolio management.

Design dashboards and mobile experiences that simplify complex financial processes.

Build and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries for consistency across all platforms.

Solve business problems by creating thoughtful user flows and intuitive interactions.

Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate financial and business requirements into user-friendly experiences.

Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product team.

Requirements

4+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in fintech, investment platforms, or complex financial products.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UX-heavy work, including dashboards, mobile apps, and user flows.

Experience designing and maintaining design systems.

Ability to simplify workflows and solve business problems through user flows and design thinking.

Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.

Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).

Familiarity with fintech regulations and compliance considerations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in Agile/Scrum teams is a plus.
