QA/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement QA/QC procedures, method statements, and ITPs for all ELV systems.

Perform inspection and testing of ELV system installations, terminations, and device configurations.

Ensure compliance with international standards and local authority requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify workmanship and material conformity.

Coordinate with consultants and clients for material approvals, inspection requests (IRs), and witness tests.

Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), propose corrective actions, and verify their implementation.

Review and verify subcontractor works, test reports, and as-built documentation.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of QA/QC logs, checklists, and related records.

Verify equipment installation, testing, and commissioning activities including continuity, insulation, and integration tests.

Monitor calibration of ELV testing tools and instruments.

Support the handover process by compiling QA/QC dossiers, test reports, and O&M documentation.

Qualifications:

1–2 years experience.

Bachelors degree.
