Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring accuracy of stock counts

- Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products

- Monitor and report on warehouse productivity and efficiency

- Assist in developing and implementing warehouse policies and procedures

- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise in the warehouse and implement solutions

- Act as a liaison between warehouse staff and management, ensuring effective communication and teamwork

- Continuously strive to improve warehouse operations and efficiency

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software

- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a warehouse setting

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field is preferred, but not required
