About the job HVAC Sales
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify potential customers and sales opportunities for export.
Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and goals.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyse the territory/markets potential.
Continuously improve sales strategy through feedback.
Generating Quotations, PIs and PLs.
Performing several activities and Order follow ups internally until dispatch.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close deals
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activity and customer information
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keeping Track of Inventory.
Complete other tasks assigned by direct manager
