About the job Storekeeper (F&B Preferred)
Role Overview
The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock
control, and maintaining proper storage conditions, particularly for food and beverage
items. This role is critical in supporting smooth operational flow and minimizing stock
discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Monitor stock movements and prepare regular inventory reports
Ensure proper storage conditions, especially for F&B items (expiry, hygiene,
temperature)
Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for stock replenishment
Organize storage areas to ensure efficiency and safety
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a storekeeper (F&B experience preferred)
Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory systems)
Ability to work independently and handle physical stock tasks
