Senior Organizational Excellence Consultant(Project base)

Education: Masters or Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Organizational Development...or any relevant specialization.

Experience: 8 years in excellence that includes (non-exclusive) Organizational Excellence Office set-up, Excellence Digital Transformation, Innovation and Customer Experience, Excellence Frameworks and standards like EFQM, KAQA, ISO with proven record in transformation projects with similar and leading entities within Saudi Arabia.

Tools: Power BI, MS Suite, SharePoint, process automation softwares, and document control platforms.

Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (reporting and presentation).
