Job Title: Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our real estate team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in our properties. You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all plumbing issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems in our properties

- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues

- Perform routine inspections to identify potential problems

- Collaborate with maintenance team to prioritize and complete work orders

- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and residents

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Plumber

- Knowledge of plumbing systems and tools

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
