Job Purpose / Role Overview
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full 360-degree recruitment cycle for the organization. This role will support manpower planning, source local and overseas talent, and support job fairs. The Recruitment Specialist ensures efficient, compliant, and timely hiring to meet operational needs across diverse business units.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for all blue-collar, white-collar, and specialized technical roles.

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions.
.
Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
.
Ensure alignment with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies throughout the hiring process.
.
Source and recruit labor categories through approved overseas recruitment agencies.
.
Coordinate selection interviews, trade tests, agency communication, and documentation.
.
Ensure compliance with LMRA, Immigration, and other regulatory requirements.
.
Assist with work visa processing, medicals, travel arrangements, and onboarding.
.
Support the planning, organizing, and occasional representation of the company at job fairs, career expos, open days, and university events.
.
Build relationships with education institutions.
.
Promote employer branding and support talent pipeline initiatives.
.
Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and hiring data on the HRMS.
.
Generate recruitment dashboards, monthly hiring reports, and manpower updates.
.
Ensure proper filing of offer letters, contracts, visa documents, and onboarding forms.
.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding processes.
.
Manage candidate experience and maintain high communication standards.
.
Perform various assignments assigned by the Talent Management Lead.

Works under close supervision with guidance from senior HR staff.

Expected to follow established procedures and escalate complex issues.

Limited decision-making authority; recommendations are reviewed by supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience
.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources within the construction industry, or industrial sector
.
Knowledge of Bahrain Labour laws, and HR best practices
.
Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Application Tracking Systems (ATS)
.
Good verbal and written communication skills
.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
.
Proven ability to problem-solve and manage conflict effectively
