Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer support across multiple channels, ensuring that our customers needs are met with efficiency, empathy, and in alignment with Halal Moneys values.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media in a professional and timely manner.

Support customers with account applications, including completing KYC (Know Your Customer) checks in line with Halal Money requirements.

Analyse customer needs and provide accurate, effective solutions.

Escalate complex issues when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Collaborate effectively with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Uphold Halal Moneys values and commitment to providing Sharia-compliant financial services.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role (experience as an English-speaking CS is highly regarded).

Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Eagerness to learn and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with ETF, finance, fintech, or KYC processes will be an advantage.
