Accountant

Role: Accountant

Job description:

1.Book keeping including posting entries in accounting system.

2.Maintaining cash register, petty cash, sales ledger, purchases ledger, inventory.

3.Vendor reconciliations.

4.Debtor/customer reconciliation.

5.Reconciliation of sales with the bank receipts.

6.Bank reconciliations on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

7.Working knowledge of accounting software like Tally, Odoo, Zoho books etc.

8.Depreciation working and maintaining Fixed assets schedule.

9.Handling client emails and status updates.



In addition to above routine accounting jobs, below soft qualities are a must in the candidate:

1.Good communication skills and a good command on English language.

2.Sincere with an attitude to learn and grow in accounting and finance domain.

3.Should be able to work on multiple clients/assignments at the same time.

Experience:

We are looking for someone with an experience in accounting for a minimum of 1 year.
