Main Responsibilities
Data Handling and Support:

- Support the collection, validation, and entry of digital data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data governance standards.
- Help integrate data from various sources to facilitate seamless digital performance reporting.
Performance Analysis & Insights:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, content, and user engagement.
- Contribute to the analysis of performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization.
- Assist in developing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance digital strategies and improve conversion rates.
Collaboration & Strategy Development:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and business intelligence teams to understand digital performance goals and reporting needs.
- Help prepare dashboards, data visualizations, and performance reports to communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
Tool Utilization & Automation:
- Support the implementation and use of digital analytics, customer engagement, and automation tools to streamline data collection and reporting.
- Assist in optimizing reporting processes through automation and innovative tool usage.
