Arbitration Team Lead Attorney exp with Mass Arbitration/Wage & Hour focus- 

Exp in procedural compliance with arbitration providers like AAA, JAMS -  especially in the context of batch/mass arbitration protocols

Looking for an experienced and strategic Team Lead to head client Arbitration Department, with a primary focus on mass arbitrations involving wage and hour claims. 

This leadership role is designed for a seasoned employment litigator who excels in high-volume, plaintiff-side arbitration work and is eager to guide a growing team through the complexities of mass employment arbitrations.

Requirements: 

• Looking For:7+ years of employment law experience, with significant exposure to wage and hour class, PAGA, and arbitration matters - Demonstrated success leading legal teams or managing junior attorneys 
• - Hands-on experience managing high-volume or mass arbitrations, from intake to resolution 
• - Expert knowledge of arbitration forums and rules, particularly AAA and JAMS mass arbitration protocols.
• - Strong writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage team performance in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of attorneys handling mass arbitration cases, primarily involving wage and hour violations
• Supervise all phases of arbitration, including case strategy, discovery, brief drafting, arbitration preparation, and final hearings
•  Monitor procedural compliance with arbitration providers (e.g., AAA, JAMS), especially in the context of batch/mass arbitration protocols
• Collaborate on strategic decisions for complex and high-value cases, and represent the firm in arbitration hearings when needed
