Senior Associate - Employment Law with past experience with CA School systems 

CA Licensed ONLY

REMOTE 

Salary : Up to $330K base + billable + full benefits.

Requirements:

10+ yrs of experience strong litigation exp

Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background.

Trial experience is preferred, but not required

CA School Systems experience required

Experience with public entity defense is preferred

• Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability

• Excellent written and oral communication

• Commitment to proactive case management
