BASE SALARY STARTS @ $350 + billable +other benefits

Reports To: Managing Partner
Position Overview
- Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
- Must have knowledge of PAGA/class action
- Experience with public entity defense a plus
- Bachelors and Juris Doctor degrees
- Member, State Bar of California in good standing
- Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Commitment to proactive case management
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation in California
- Significant experience defending PAGA claims (please detail in your application)
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Proven track record in civil litigation, including successful motion practice, depositions, and courtroom appearances
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships
- Highly organized and able to manage a remote workload with autonomy and accountability
