We are looking for a UI/UX Designer 
Someone who is creative, data-driven, and has attention to detail. 

You should be a collaborative problem-solver and self-learner with a knack for business metrics and an obsessive with creating magical experiences for our users. You will be closely working with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
Job Description:● Architect an uncompromising user experience for web and mobile applications

● Translate business, user needs, and technology constraints into solution concepts that are meaningful, easy to use, and engaging

● Own the ideation & prototyping process and use design thinking methodologies to fulfill user and business needs

● Combine UX thinking with design execution, to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces

● Plan & run user tests and other design research to inform design decisions

● Collaborate with the rest of the team to evolve and refine our system, ensuring visual cohesion and engineering efficiency across all user touchpoints

● Participate in iterative product development to design new features

● Anticipate user flows based on evolving business strategy and build future-proof design elements

● Set and maintain design standards and ensure brand communication is consistent

● Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints

● Assess existing information architecture and identify areas for improvement, including content inventories and audits

● Use a variety of metrics to evaluate and continuously improve the user experience

● Work with the marketing team in creating promotional banners and building designs for collaterals and merchandise

Qualification:

● 2-4  years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI/UX design

● Bachelor’s degree in Preferably in Design Domain or Technology.

● Must be customer-obsessed and follow user-centric design principles.

● Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role shipping and supporting user-facing products

● Strong command of contemporary design tools including Sketch, Adobe, and Invisionapp

● Experience with user research such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing

● The ability to present design ideas with clarity and passion, and to receive feedback with open-mindedness

● Understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines for iOS & Google Material Design Guidelines

● Background in designing for mobile-first platforms

● Problem-solving and analytical skills

● A basic understanding of HTML is a big plus.
