Youre running (or have had success running) a machinery equipment business with a sales focuseither as a sales, state or a branch manager. You have experience in equipment sales plus youve also got what it takes to run a successful team.

Youve either gone as far as you can go in your current role or there have been some recent changes that have you looking for a fresh start for 2024 !

Work closely with our admin, technical and operations teams

Be pro-actively sourcing new leads and servicing existing clients

Participate in ongoing training and development




COMPENSATION:

This role comes with excellent opportunities to grow within our company as a result of your performance.

Monthly income potential for full-time work is $8K 12K+

If youre average you will earn 100K per year

If youre a superstar you will earn 150K+ per year

TASKS YOULL BE PERFORMING

As the Sales Manager for our organisation you will be working closely with the Marketing Department and will be responsible for all sales across our product lines. As the lead business developer in the sales function, your portfolio will be split into 50% new business acquisition and 50% existing clients. You will be responsible for:


  • Developing, delivering and achieving quarterly sales targets

  • Mapping new markets and building strategies to capture market share

  • Working with existing clients to extract new sale opportunities

  • Performing product demonstrations

  • Building quotes and proposals

  • Attending industry networking events

  • Establishing reseller agreements with prospective partners

  • Continuous self-development in industry trends and product education

  • Meeting with key accounts and suppliers to maintain relationships

  • Accurately managing data in CRM

  • Generating monthly reports to discuss performance with the Director & Marketing Team.


REQUIRED SKILLS


  • Creativity - market mapping to expand prospects and reach.

  • Ownership of your section - initiative to plan, work and solve problems independently.

  • Sales Maturity - inherent ability to move from hunter to the farmer when appropriate.

  • Solutions Sales Ability - ability to understand the client problem and provide a solution persuasively. Hunt and kill mentality.

  • Experience - minimum 5 years in a similar role with examples of sales success.
