Report directly to the Managing Director - no barriers to your work
Work closely with our admin, technical and operations teams
Be pro-actively sourcing new leads and servicing existing clients
Participate in ongoing training and development
COMPENSATION:
This role comes with excellent opportunities to grow within our company as a result of your performance.
Monthly income potential for full-time work is $8K 12K+
If you're average you will earn 100K per year
If you're a superstar you will earn 150K+ per year
TASKS YOU'LL BE PERFORMING:
As the Cleaning Equipment Solutions Sales Consultant for our organisation you will be responsible for selling products in the i-team division. Your portfolio will primarily focus on new business acquisition in commercial industries such as hospitality, healthcare and retail. You will be responsible for:
Developing, delivering and achieving quarterly sales targets
Proactively conducting cold outreach to prospective clients
Mapping new markets to capture market share
Working with existing clients to extract new sale opportunities
Performing product demonstrations
Building quotes and proposals
Attending industry networking events
Establishing relationships with prospective referral partners
Continuous self-development in industry trends and product education
Meeting with key accounts and suppliers to maintain relationships
Accurately managing data in CRM
Generating monthly reports to discuss performance with the Director & Marketing Team.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Creativity - market mapping to expand prospects and reach.
Ownership of your section - initiative to plan, work and solve problems independently.
Sales Maturity - inherent ability to move from hunter to the farmer when appropriate.
Solutions Sales Ability - ability to understand the client problem and provide a solution persuasively. Hunt and kill mentality.
Experience - minimum 5 years in a similar role with examples of sales success.
