Energetic Sales Support Representative (Torque Control)

You like helping people...you've got a background in customer service and you're great with people

You might be working on a trade desk, retail or in hospitality but you are over the long, late hours and volatile work environment. 

You have an interest in bikes or cars and you like learning. You might also spend time putting things together in mechanical workshops. You're organised and are the type of person people come to when they need to get things done.

Friends often comment about how good you are with people. They may have even suggested youd be good in sales. You may already be in a client facing / sales role.

Because our company is seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and high-energy individual with a proven track record of working with people.  Your role will entail supporting our field technical sales reps to help our clients improve the accuracy, safety and efficiency of their worksites and machinery

Whilst technical sales experience would be great, if you are good with people, have a good work ethic and are willing to learn, even if you dont have a background in tech, youll pick the rest up quickly

** Based out of our Jandakot office in Perth, this position presents a Monday to Friday (home every night opportunity) with flexible working hours, normally 7:30am to 4pm. We will provide industry specific training to compliment your natural sales ability.

You will also

Work closely with our local Sales Professionals and the state sales manager 

Be pro-actively sourcing new leads and service existing clients

Work with our other technical, warehouse, customer support and laboratory divisions

Participate in ongoing training and development

COMPENSATION:

This role comes with excellent opportunities to grow within our company as a result of your performance. 

Monthly income potential for full-time work is $5500 - $6600

If youre average you will earn 65K per year

If youre a superstar you will earn 75-80K

TASKS YOU'LL BE PERFORMING:

** Supporting the sales team to achieve success and deliver excellence to our valued customers. 

** Providing backup support for the Customer Service and Warehouse staff 

**Inbound and Outbound calls with existing and new clients who have a need for our products

**Focus on both new business development as well as managing existing customers in several industries including mining, refining, oil and gas, transportation industries to name a few

** Working with your sales manager to ensure the highest return possible on your time and effort with enquiries

**Supporting the sale of a full range of tools and services to support our equipment, including Norbar Technical Services, Workshops and NATA Laboratories. 

The position is based out of our Jandakot office in Perth, option for some WFH after a probationary period.

  6. Preferably, experience in the building, trades, mechanical or operations industry
  7. Good computer skills
  8. Familiarity with CRM practices
  9. Be physically fit for help in the warehouse when required
  10. Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
  11. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
