Our company is seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and high-energy individual with a proven track record in direct selling. Your job will entail calling on and selling our range of craft beer and cider to retail and on premise restaurants.

COMPENSATION:
This role comes with excellent opportunities to grow within our company as a result of your performance. Monthly income potential with full-time work offering a potential of $90 120K+
TASKS YOU'LL BE PERFORMING:
** Management of a basic sales pipeline CRM:
Each day you will update and manage CRM notes and call sheets.
Calling: 30 - 40 prospects every day will be expected.
** Business Development & Growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships, products, and services.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand market presence and stay informed of trends.
** Account Management & Client Retention
Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
Foster a culture of continuous feedback from clients and internal teams to support ongoing quality improvement.
** Sales Execution & Performance
Promote and pitch products and services to both new and existing clients.
Create sales forecasts, monitor performance against targets, and actively work to achieve revenue goals and budgets.
** Reporting & Communication
Prepare and submit timely reports, including sales activity, call logs, weekly work plans, and monthly or annual territory analyses.
Attend meetings and collaborate with internal teams as required to align sales and marketing efforts.
** Company Alignment & Values
Work collaboratively with marketing to ensure sales initiatives align with overall brand and campaign objectives.
Act in accordance with Bailey Brewing Cos values, code of ethics, and code of conduct.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To qualify for this job with our company, you must possess the following skills:
** Great Communication Skills: You will be representing our company and sales team during your conversations with target businesses. A love for conversing with people as well as ease when talking on the phone is vital.
** Great People Skills and Positive Mindset: In addition to a genuine enthusiasm for talking to people, persuasiveness and the ability to alleviate potential clients concerns will make interactions exciting and a positive outcome for all involved.
** Coachable: You will learn and master your role by working with both our companys co-founders and our in house sales coach. An open mind and desire to improve will propel your performance forward.
** Team Oriented: Our team thrives on close collaboration and good-natured competition. As part of the sales team, your positive working relationship with your assigned sales rep will mean your success more sales converted equals more income for you
** Self-Starter: Because you will be sometimes working from home, it is essential that you be adept at time management and efficient handling of your own schedule.
** Consultative sales experience is a must. Full training will be provided and this position has an immediate start. If you do not have experience on your resume you will not be considered for the job.
