About the job IT specialist

We are looking for an IT specialist “Saudi National” To be responsible for Providing onsite and remote support to the end user.

Key Duties

  • Provide onsite and remote support to the end user.
  • Log and track support tickets and incidents.
  • Maintain best practices in IT operations and service desk, like incidents, problems, and access management. 
  •  Follow up with incidents and issues until user’s satisfaction.
  • Build and administrate IT knowledge-based library.
  • Patch servers and update operating systems and applications.
  • Maintain IP telephones, CCTV camera and access control systems.
  • Prepare and submit incidents reports to direct manager.
  • Managing user accounts as per internal onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Work together with applications team to provide necessary support to business applications and investigate operational problems.
  • Schedule servers’ backups.
  • Maintain IT assets and inventory.

Requirements :

  • Microsoft Certified Professional
  • 3+ years' experience in IT operations and service desk.
  • Experience with Microsoft servers, SQL servers and active directory.
  • Full knowledge in cisco networks and firewalls.
  • Good knowledge in Office365 and Azure portal.
