PARAMEDIC – INTERMEDIATE LIFE SUPPORT (TEMPORARY POSITION)-CITIMED

KEY PERFORMANCE AREA

• To respond too and treat the sick and injured according to ILS protocol.
• Care and maintenance of the Ambulance and equipment.
• Manage incident scenes effectively and efficiently.
• To carry out duties with politeness and respect.
• Carry out other related duties as required by your supervisor.
• Must be able to work under pressure, independently and unsupervised.
• Able to work overtime.

MINIMUM REQQUIREMENTS

• Must have ILS certificate and be registered with HPCSA.
• Must have Grade 12(Matric certificate).
• Must have 2 years' experience as an Intermediate Life Support.
• Must have valid driver's licence with PrDP and must be a competent driver.
• Must have good communication skills.
• The ideal person will have willingness to assume job ownership, work independently and apply principles of continuous improvement.
