Job In Brief :

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company find and retain excellent Real Estate Negotiators. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

Responsibilities & Duties :

1. Sources and recruits agents, team leads primarily and head office support team as secondary.
2. Uses various channels for recruitment advertisement and sourcing including digital platforms.
3. Plan and implement the recruitment strategy in accordance to the company goals.
4. Manage stakeholders including the Sales and Marketing Team Leaders.
5. On-board new recruits and ensure proper training and attention is provided to achieve retention rates.

Requirements and Qualifications :

1. Currently active in sourcing and recruiting of both salaried and commission paid roles.
2. Familiar with the funnel method of filtering applicants, nurturing and selecting the right candidates.
3. Familiar with various digital platforms including FB, IG, XHS, Tik Tok, SEO/SEM for recruitment ads will be advantage.
4. Has strong communication skills and able to influence and impact people and stakeholders.
5. Keen on learning and continuous improvement self-reflect, what went wrong, and what to improve.
