Job in Brief :
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for Managing Director
Responsibilities and Duties :
*Assist in streamlining operations to ensure overall compliance
*Prepare presentation materials and collating reports when required
*Schedule meetings and manage calendars
*Liaise with relevant organizations and clients
*Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
*Basic photo taking, video taking and copy writing for MD's personal branding in social media
*Coordinate events and speaking engagements
*Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
*Log or process bills or expenses
*Run errands as required
What You'll Need to Succeed :
*Possess at least a Diploma or Degree. Having a legal background is an added advantage
*Tech-savvy - actively using / know how to use social media i.e IG, FB, LinkedIn, or Xiaohongshu 小红书)
*Possess excellent conversational & written English, Malay and Chinese language skills
*Good with using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
*Meticulous and street smart
*Strong organization and multitasking skills
*Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm). Weekends on standby when required
