Job Summary:

The Management Trainee assists in daily restaurant operations while learning all aspects of store management. The role prepares the trainee to become a future Restaurant Supervisor/Manager through hands‑on training in people management, customer service, and store performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Deliver excellent customer service and help resolve guest concerns
  • Assist in supervising staff, including coaching, scheduling, and performance monitoring
  • Maintain store cleanliness, food quality, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and stock management
  • Help analyze sales performance and implement operational improvements
  • Learn company policies, standard procedures, and management practices
  • Lead shifts when assigned and support the Restaurant Manager in various tasks
