The Management Trainee is responsible for the:

• Ensure food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and smooth daily store operations.
• Lead sales activities and customer engagement to meet targets.
• Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support.
• Handle store administration, reports, permits, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifting schedules and long hours.
