What you'll do 

As an Outlet Crew Lead, you guide the team during your assigned shift, ensuring smooth operations and seamless customer service. You act as the on-shift point person, reinforcing SOPs and quality standards, developing team members through coaching and guidance, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries. This role supports leadership through day-to-day coordination without carrying full managerial authority.

Qualifications and Skills  

• Senior High School graduate or college-level 

• At least 1 year of experience in a café, QSR, or F&B setting 

• Solid understanding of store operations and SOPs 

• Strong floor presence and leadership potential 

• Excellent communication and coordination skills 

• Customer-focused with keen attention to quality
